We are happy to inform you that The Slaak Rotterdam, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is open and we look forward to welcoming you. In order to welcome you safely and secure we have taken important measures. Please be informed about our COVID-19 regulations below. Kindly know that these measurements can be adjusted at all times by the hotel; we will always follow the official COVID-19 guidelines given by the Dutch Government.
We have placed signage throughout the hotel helping you and others maintaining 1.5 meters distance at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, the following signage: one-direction walking routes, maximum capacities per space/room, closed areas and facilities, and designated waiting areas.
When entering and leaving the hotel all guests are requested to clean their hands with disinfectant. It is also possible to clean your hands in the bathrooms of our public areas when open.
We increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting high-volume areas and regularly touched surfaces, especially in public areas, such as the counter at the Front Desk, elevator buttons, door handles, bathrooms and room keys.
SAFETY & CLEANING GUIDELINES
Safety and cleaning guidelines are available and published throughout the hotel to help you and others to stay safe.
All staff members have received special COVID-19 awareness training and receive reminders on the protocol in our daily meetings.
As of monday 14th of December it is mandatory to use face masks indoor, in public areas and public transport. Our staff members are all working with face masks. We advice hotel guests to do same when walking in the hotel.
Studio34 will be opened as of the 19th of May. Hotel guests are allowed to use the studio with a maximum of 6 persons. Reservations can be made directly at one of our employees at the front office. Guests need to wear a facemask inside Studio34, however guests are allowed to remove their facemask during excercising. We kindly ask you to keep 1.5 meters distance inside studio34 from other guests.
RESTAURANT & BAR DIDOT34
As of the 5th of June we are allowed to open our restaurant from 07:00 till 22:00. Guests are allowed to take place with a maximum of 4 persons per table. There is an exception for children aged until 12 and people from the same household. A reservation is required which can be made in advance or with a staff member at the restaurant.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we work in shifts on Fridays & Saturdays during dinner. You can make a reservation for these evenings in the time slot 18:00 untill 20:00 or 20:00 untill 22:00.
Room service inside the hotel will continue as follow: We will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner available to provide our guests. A staff member will put the order on a trolley and place it in front of your room door. You can collect your tray here, while our staff keeps distance. Mobile Check-In and Keyless Entry: We would like to inform that we offer the possibility through Marriott Bonvoy to check-in online through the Marriott Bonvoy App. This allows you to have Keyless Entry to your room. We highly advice you to make use of this service.
Self-Parking in garage: If you would like to make use of our parking, guests are requested to park their car themselves. Our staff will be assisting with opening the parking gate when entering and leaving the parking garage.
Bikes: Bikes are available for guests for €17,50 per day. Our staff will disinfect the bikes for you.
